Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance
The Von Braun Center and all of its different venue spaces is ADA compliant. As new standards are introduced, it is our goal to implement those changes or upgrades in a timely manner. In accordance with the ADA, we are responsible for permanent premises access accommodations, such as, but not limited to, elevator standards, door width standards and restroom accessibility. It is the licensee’s responsibility to provide non-permanent accessibility requirements, such as, but not limited to, hearing–assisted or visually-assisted devices, and temporary seating accessibility and/or interpreters.
Accessible Entrances
Accessible Entrances are located at numerous entry points of the Von Braun Center.
Parking
Handicap Accessible Parking is available in all VBC Lots. The spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information on accessible parking, click here.
Accessible Restrooms
Accessible Restrooms are located throughout the Von Braun Center. Restrooms are accessible in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is located throughout the Von Braun Center in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. For more information regarding accessible seating, click here.
*Note - for Mars Music Hall, Ticketmaster may not include specific accessible seating options on their seating maps when you are purchasing tickets. Mars does offer accessible seating for every show. Please let Mars staff know when you arrive to a performance that you need accessible seating and they will direct you to the location.
Animals
Animals are not permitted in the Von Braun Center. Exceptions include service animals compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Sensory Inclusive
The Von Braun Center is certified sensory inclusive and has partnered with KultureCity to provide sensory bags for guests attending events. Please visit one of the Guest Service members to check out a bag. Sensory bags include noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards, sunglasses and weighted lap pads. They are available to all guests visiting the facility, who may feel overwhelmed by the environment.
